These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VELTA TV (the "Service"), operated by VELTA TV ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VELTA TV gives you access to a collection of live TV channels, movies and series. A Free account includes limited previews. A Pro subscription unlocks full access to live channels, the full movies & series library, and higher streaming quality.

Content is sourced from third-party providers. We do not produce or own most of the content available through the Service, and we cannot guarantee that any specific channel, movie or series will remain available — availability can change at any time without notice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure.
• Accounts are for individual use. Sharing your login with other people, or using the Service to redistribute streams to others, may result in suspension.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or attempts to circumvent access controls.

3. Pro subscriptions & payment

Pro access currently costs ₦2,500 per month. Payment is not processed on this website — no card or bank details are collected here. To upgrade, you contact us directly on Telegram, arrange payment there, and your account is activated manually once payment is confirmed.

• Pro access does not renew automatically. To continue after your period ends, you repeat the same process.
• Because activation is manual, there may be a delay between payment and your account being upgraded.
• Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion — contact us via Telegram or the in-app support form.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute access to the Service or its content; attempt to bypass authentication, tier restrictions, or rate limits; use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The VELTA TV name, logo and site design belong to us. Streamed content belongs to its respective owners and rights holders; we do not claim ownership over third-party content made available through the Service.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
